The Cackling Jay is a small business run by witches, for witches. Magic is a very personal path walked by all practitioners, with many variables along the way. Our products are designed for enjoyment purposes and we guarantee no outcomes with consumable products or tools.

Refunds and returns are not accepted. However, if a jewelry product breaks, it may be eligible for exchange or repair. Please reach out to us so that we may find an acceptable outcome together. Shipping and processing varies depending on the agreement reached.
